What platforms are eligible?
You can earn benefits by posting about #RTRMuse on Instagram or TikTok as described in our Muse program Terms & Conditions and campaign hub.
How do I make sure my post qualifies?
Tag your content with #renttherunway and #rtrpartner, and follow all posting requirements shared in your campaign hub and our Terms & Conditions.
How will I receive my benefit?
Muse Codes generally will be sent to you via email.
When will I get my benefit?
Muse Codes generally are issued within ten (10) business days after the close of the relevant month.
Can I be part of #RTRMuse for more than one month?
Yes! Participants may be invited to continue beyond their first month. At the end of each cycle, you'll receive an email letting you know if you've been re-admitted and how to opt in. Keep in mind that space is limited — be sure to check your inbox so you don't miss your chance.
What if I opted in but wasn't selected for the next month?
Currently, we accept a limited number of members per monthly cycle. If you weren't selected this time, we may consider you again for a future month.
What if I applied but never heard back?
Due to limited capacity, we're not able to accept all applicants. We may keep your profile on file and may reach out when new spots open up. If you're interested in ongoing partnerships, we also encourage you to explore our affiliate program here.
